Just in Time...

Well, now that tomorrow is 2011 (!), I can say i have finished 3 quilts this year. I'm pretty happy with that. We'll skip the jibber jabber and show some pictures of another wonderfully blessed year.

Bond's quilt came in time for Christmas. He was expecting it, since the others each had one already. i loved loved loved the fabric used on this, All Star by Riley Blake.

the front of Colin's quilt.

the back of colins quilt. can you tell it was windy? haha, look at my feet.

Leigh's quilt. Loved making this, loved how it turned out, and can't wait to make another log cabin block quilt again. It was my first real planned-out-and-follwed-my-own-directions quilt.

the back.
But i will not, nor will i in the near future, be interested in hand binding. So far, not my thing. I love hand quilting, but do not love hand binding. Machine it all the way!
a pillow for suz. i believe i borrowed this idea from She has great stuff.

dress for baby leigh. pattern bought from Thanks to them!

a short summary of the year. Hope there is more to come (with more posts, too) next year!

Happy New Year!

Excited to see what this year will bring for us!

ps. sorry kitty... i would have included a picture of us if i had ANY. i can't believe we don't take pictures together. sheesh.
